One of the oldest churches in the monastery, formerly known as the Church of Martyr Philopater Mercurius Abu Sefein.
It contains 3 altars: the central one dedicated to St. Anba Antonious, the northern one to Martyr Philopater Mercurius, and the southern one to St. Anba Bola El Tamouhi.
It is located behind St. Bishoy Church on the eastern side.
Reserved exclusively for the monastic fathers.
